Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations inside that window may be charged in full, since a vehicle and driver were reserved specifically for you.
We hold your pickup time for 15 minutes at no extra charge. After that, additional wait time may be billed — for airport pickups, your flight is tracked, so landing delays are accounted for automatically and don't count against you.
Yes. The flat rate you're quoted for PBI, FLL, or MIA includes tolls — no surprise charges added at the end of the trip.
Gratuity is not included in the quoted rate and is left to your discretion.
Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach, plus airport transfers to PBI, FLL, and MIA. Traveling farther — Tampa, Orlando, or anywhere else in Florida — just ask when you book; we're happy to make the trip.
Yes. Wellington Executive Transportation is fully licensed and insured, and operates under Palm Beach County Vehicle for Hire Permit #VH3090.
Yes, car seats are available on request for younger passengers. We're also comfortable and experienced assisting elderly passengers who may need a little extra help getting in or out of the vehicle.
